Hi there, you have a killer body, i was wondering what your workout regime is? Personally i do a 6 day split hitting 2 to 3 muscle groups plus abs daily and martial arts training 3 to 4 times per week, usually taking the Saturday as my day off. Was thinking you have either phenomenal genetics or are hitting the gym hard to keep your amazing shape x
